Stone Rose Lounge in New York City submitted Description
STONE ROSE LOUNGE, a 5000 sq. ft. upscale watering hole, designed by Yabu Pushelberg, is located on the fourth floor in the Time Warner Center- the landmark development at Columbus Circle. Named for its masculine elegance and design finishes in stone and rosewood, the lounge provides its clientele with an atmosphere of stylish intimacy coupled with breathtaking views of Central Park.
The lounge was created to echo the posh atmosphere of a classically timeless hotel lounge. The bar/lounge decor is designed to emphasize the unique art piece showcased in the venue, and the seating areas are constructed to provide both a feeling of intimacy, as well as an open atmosphere made for socializing.
With Stone Rose, the Gerber Group created a perfect getaway for the discerning and discreet nightlife crowd looking for an exciting place to meet in a cosmopolitan yet decisively urban atmosphere. The bar/lounge is part of the retail, entertainment and dining component of the now iconic complex known as The Shops at Columbus Circle.
