October 31st 2009… the biggest Halloween party in the world. In the heart of New York City’s East Village, Webster Hall, America’s first nightclub, transforms into "Webster Hell" for one night only. This party is legendary – your wildest dreams can’t event come close to the experience itself. For 18 years, Webster Hell has been the official NYC Halloween parade after-party. With a $5000 costume contest and over 40,000 square feet of adventure, this Halloween party is unmatched worldwide.

The costume categories are: Scariest, Sexiest, Funniest and Most original/wild card. The top winner from each of the 4 categories will compete for the grand, first & second prizes.
